I've been a vegetarian for over 20 years now, working on vegan. I was a licensed massage therapist and certified yoga teacher in private practice for 15 years. I was a special education substitute/permanent teacher's aide for 5 years. My lacto ovo vegetarian ecookbook, Confessions of a Red Hot Veggie Lover was just released in its 2d edition. I also enjoy and write about gardening, travel, poetry and country life on various platforms.
