I am a scientist by trade, having done a PhD in wound healing. I am also hopelessly obsessed with anything to do with beauty. For years, the scientific half of my brain has been at war with the vain half. Therefore, the aim of this blog is to chat about beauty products that are backed up with scientific research, to try and translate some of this research back into simple English, and to give my reviews of these products, and, also, to to bust a few beauty myths along the way.
